Converge Public Strategies Launches Federal Affairs Practice in Washington, D.C.

At Converge Public Strategies, we’ve always believed in strategic growth—building thoughtfully, moving deliberately, and acting when the time is right. That time has come. We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Federal Affairs Practice, marking a significant expansion into Washington, D.C., where our team is already hard at work delivering results for our clients.

This new chapter isn’t just about opening doors in the nation’s capital; it’s about strengthening our commitment to providing unparalleled advocacy across all levels of government. As Converge Chair Jonathan Kilman put it, “Since founding Converge, we’ve focused on smart, sustained growth and never forced a federal presence until the moment was right. That moment has arrived.” Our team is actively engaging with members of Congress, administration officials, and federal clients, shaping a practice that’s poised to make a real impact.

Why Now?

The demand for sophisticated representation in Washington is stronger than ever. Our clients are navigating a complex landscape of executive actions, federal funding, legislation, and regulations. To meet this need, we’ve assembled a powerhouse team of strategists and policy experts with deep experience in federal government, regulatory strategy, campaign management, and issue advocacy. The Federal Affairs Practice will serve clients across a wide range of industries, including health care, labor and employment, agriculture, manufacturing, trade and tariffs, energy, transportation, infrastructure, environment, financial services, fintech, and education.

Leading this effort are Converge Partners James Harris, Elnatan Rudolph, Deno Hicks, Fara Sonderling, and Daniel Faraci, alongside Senior Health Policy Advisor Randy Pate and Senior Policy Advisors Oscar Gonzales and Bob Harms. Together, they bring a wealth of expertise and a shared passion for delivering results.

A Personal Milestone

For me (Elnatan Rudolph), this expansion is more than a professional milestone—it’s personal. This fall, I’ll be spending more time in D.C. as our eldest daughter begins her journey at George Washington University. It’s a proud dad moment, and I’m grateful to share this exciting time with both my family and my Converge family. Working alongside such a talented team—some I’ve known for years, others who’ve quickly become like family—is an honor that drives me every day.

The Road Ahead

This isn’t the beginning, nor is it the end—it’s the middle of something truly special at Converge. As Jonathan Kilman, my partner and friend, often reminds me, “One of us will be at the other’s funeral” (though let’s hope that’s a long way off!). Together, we’re building something enduring, and the best is yet to come.

Stay tuned for exciting “global” announcements as we continue to grow and innovate. From our headquarters in Miami to our offices in Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, New York, and now Washington, D.C., Converge Public Strategies is ready to deliver for our clients wherever their needs take us.
